Online Estate Planning & The Upside for Planned Giving in a Pandemic and Beyond

Can increased awareness of mortality effect positive change in behavior and feelings towards estate planning and legacy giving? How can you help your donors put those positive feelings into action during a pandemic (and beyond)?

This session will review data and studies that show how thoughts of death can change human behavior in a number of ways. We will also incorporate a discussion of online estate planning, and the new Uniform Electronic Wills Act, as we examine some of the new information your donors will need from you in a post-pandemic world.

CFREThis program has been approved for 1.5 CFRE credits.
