Additional Membership Information

Eligibility

New members must submit a complete membership registration form and pay dues at the time of registration. The Association reserves the right to approve or deny membership registrations in accordance with NCGPC bylaws and membership criteria.

Membership Term

Membership is valid for one year following the payment of annual membership dues.  Your membership starts the month you pay your dues. To renew without lapse in membership, dues must be paid before or during your membership anniversary month. Memberships expire on the last day of your anniversary month, which is 12 months from the previous membership dues payment date.

Membership Dues
  • NCGPC annual dues are $150
  • Membership dues must be paid in full before membership becomes active
  • Dues are non-refundable except as outlined in the NCGPC Refund Policy
  • Dues are subject to change upon approval by the NCGPC Board of Directors

Membership Ownership

NCGPC memberships belong to the individual member, regardless of who pays the membership dues (including an employer, sponsor, or third party).

Membership benefits, voting rights, certifications, and communications are tied to the individual member and may not be assigned to another person.

Transfers

Individual memberships are non-transferable.

Renewals

Membership renewal notices will be emailed prior to the expiration date of the membership.  Therefore, if your email changes and/or you change jobs, please update your profile in the Members Only section of the website.

To avoid disrupting your membership benefits, renew before the membership expiration date.

NCGPC provides a 30-day grace period following the membership expiration date.  After the grace period ends, membership benefits will be discontinued until the membership is renewed.

Refunds

Membership dues are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of the VP of Membership, the President, or their designee.
